This Transformation Tuesday is about a mental shift that I've had recently. . As I've said recently, I've fallen off the wagon a bit in the last month (or so 🙈) with taking care of myself. I haven't been working out consistently, eating well or even taking time for myself. Although the number on the scale didn't really change I could feel the difference in my mind and body. . Yesterday I started an 8 week program to get back on track and show myself that I could make it through the holidays with my goal in mind. . Here is one of my "before" pictures. I've lost sight of my baby abs and guns but I'm on my way to getting them back! .
