lads is it unreasonable to look for a new job bc you haven’t been given any opportunity to do the job you were hired for since you started?
i’m also dealing with an owner who is such an ass to me in particular & who treats me like an office manager when i was absolutely not hired to sit here for 8 hours a day & do paperwork. i’m not getting paid manager money. he asked if id written any invoices & when i said no his immediate response was “jesus christ” and then asked how long ive been here. not the first time, it’s p much anytime he sees me
been here 3 months & i’ve been over it since january, i think ive wasted enough fucking time in this place
i understand not every place is perfect! but i need the bare minimum level of respect
