The Gala
As the police and Auror's swarm onto the stage, a wave of panic rushes through the crowd. The Minister is quickly swept away by his guards and Officials begin evacuating guests from the building, cries of outrage and fear permeate the building as the crowd tries to escape, tripping and colliding with each other. A group of vampires tries to approach the stage, clan leaders, fearful and angry and demanding to see the body of the young boy and to know who did it.
As guests are pushed outside and taken a safe distance from the building, they're made to form groups and questioned by officers and Aurors. Everyone's a suspect.
