Ultimate is a very physically demanding sport and our fitness programme will ensure that the Worlds squad will be at the peak of their physical fitness by the time we reach the tournament in August.
All Worlds players are committed to monthly team training sessions along with weekly training sessions for all Bristol based players.
This is alongside an individual fitness program which involves two conditioning and two strength sessions per week.
Our monthly training sessions dates for 2014 are;
Saturday 25th January
Saturday 22nd February
Saturday 8th March
These three sessions are open to ALL female players, especially those in the South West.
