🐺 Paul Lahote

You’re barely settled in behind him when Paul stirs. He doesn’t even open his eyes—just lets out a low, sleepy groan and pulls your arm tighter around him. “This better mean you’re not mad anymore,” he mumbles, but there’s no heat in it. Only relief. Your warmth calms his always-on-edge nerves, and by the time your chest presses into his back, he’s already falling into the deepest sleep he’s had in weeks.

🐺 Jared Cameron

Jared lets out the softest laugh when your arms slide around him. “You cuddling me now?” he whispers, voice thick with sleep. “Not that I’m complaining.” He intertwines your fingers and brings them to his lips for a quick kiss, then sighs with pure contentment. You don’t know if he’s dreaming, but you hear him whisper “perfect” before he slips fully back into sleep.

Embry wiggles a bit when he feels you behind him, a sleepy grin curling at his lips. “Okay… okay, I like this,” he mutters, clearly pleased. He shifts until you’re wrapped around him perfectly, like your bodies were made to fit together. He ends up grabbing your arm and holding it to his chest, completely soft and safe in your arms. “Don’t let go,” he murmurs. As if you ever could.

Quil makes a happy humming sound when you curl up behind him, his body warm and relaxed. “You’re cuddly tonight,” he says in a barely-there voice. Then he chuckles, his smile audible. “I always knew you liked my butt.” You playfully nudge him, but he only wriggles closer. He falls asleep with your hands over his belly, and a smile that doesn’t leave his face the whole night.

🐺 Jacob Black

Jake is surprisingly still when you wrap your arms around his waist. “Mmm…” he mumbles, and you feel the tension in him ease instantly. He pulls one of your hands to his lips and kisses it softly, then interlaces your fingers and holds them against his chest. “Don’t move,” he whispers sleepily. “You feel good.” His heartbeat is strong and steady, and by the time you fall asleep, you’re both wrapped up like puzzle pieces.

🐺 Seth Clearwater

The second you wrap your arms around Seth, he lets out a soft, almost puppy-like sigh of happiness. “You’re hugging me,” he says, smiling so hard you can hear it in his voice. “Best night ever.” He covers your hand with both of his and tucks your joined hands under his chin, snuggling into you as much as humanly (or wolfishly) possible. Expect some tail-wagging level of joy when he wakes up.

🐺 Leah Clearwater

Leah tenses for a moment—your touch catching her off guard—but when she realizes it’s you, her body softens. She doesn’t say anything at first. She just lets herself feel it: your warmth, your safety, the way your heartbeat thumps gently against her back. After a while, she brings her hand to yours and holds it lightly. She doesn’t say it aloud, but she hopes you never stop.

F = Feelings (When did they know they were in love?)

He officially knew he was in love after you went to his house to check on him after Sam told you that he had been hurt in an “accident” that was later revealed to you to be a vampire attack.

G = Gentle (Are they gentle? If so, how?)

Paul is almost always gentle with you. He’s very rough with his pack mates, but as soon as you get near he stops. He touches you like he’s scared you’re going to break.

H = Hands (How do they like to hold hands?)

He’ll take your hand fully in his and will sometimes swing your linked hands to make you smile.

I = Impression (What was their first impression?)

Paul instantly knew he had a connection with you, but refused to accept it at first. After being unable to stop thinking about you, Sam urged him to go see you.

J = Jealousy (Do they get jealous?)

YES! Paul may be working on his anger, but when he’s jealous it’s extremely difficult for him to talk himself down, so you always have to pull him away and reassure him that you love him.

K = Kiss (How do they kiss? Who initiated the first kiss?)

Paul kissed you first. After getting to know you, he had trouble explaining to you that he wanted to take you on a date, so he ended up kissing you to show you that he liked you.

In contrast to his usual gentleness with you, Paul’s kisses are usually heated and can easily lead to something more.

L = Love (Who says ‘I love you’ first?)

You say it first. In one of Paul’s rare moments of insecurity, you said it to show him that you truly wanted to be with him and that you valued your relationship.

M = Memory (What’s their favourite memory together?)

You and the whole pack were at Emily’s house, and Jared had decided to prank Paul by throwing a water ballon at him when he wasn’t expecting it. Paul quickly became angry, but the sound of your laugh made him freeze. His anger was instantly forgotten as he kept listening to your laughter.

N = Nickel (Do they spoil? Do they buy the person they love everything?)

Paul doesn’t (and neither does anyone in the pack) have much money, but he loves spoiling you. He’ll save up for weeks or months to buy something he’ll think you’ll like. If a gift is too expensive, he’ll usually ask Jacob to carve you something that he can put on a necklace.

O = Orange (What colour reminds them of their other half?)

Yellow. It reminds him of how happy you make him even when you’re not doing anything in particular.

P = Pet names (What pet names do they use?)

He usually sticks to babe or baby, but if he’s made you mad, he’ll call you baby girl to butter you up.

Q = Quaint (What is their favourite non-modern thing?)

He has an antique radio that his grandmother left him that somehow still works. He loves having it play in the background as he tries to get you to dance with him.

R = Rainy Day (What do they like to do on a rainy day?)

A lot of days in La Push are cold and rainy, but whenever it’s rainy and you both have free time he loves cuddling with you while watching the rain through a window.

S = Sad (How do they cheer themselves/others up?)

Seeing you or even just hearing your voice usually cheers him up. If that doesn’t work, holding him will do the trick.

T = Talking (What do they like to talk about?)

Paul loves hearing you talk about anything and everything. He’ll even bring up controversial topics you have a strong opinion about just to hear you rant.

U = Unencumbered (What helps them relax?)

You. As long as you’re near him in some way, he’s typically very relaxed.

V = Vaunt (What do they like to show off? What are they proud of?)

He likes showing off his love for you. He truly believes that you’re the best thing that’s happened to him, which he really appreciates. So, he loves showing the world his appreciation for you to the displeasure of the pack.

W = Wedding (When, how, where do they propose?)

He proposes after you’ve been dating for a year. He was initially going to propose after 5 months of dating, but Sam talked him into postponing the proposal him (definitely not without an extreme amount of effort though).

He tells you that he wants to take you on a picnic at the beach. Once you’re at the beach he claims that he left the blanket in the car and he goes to get it. When he takes awhile to come back with the blanket, you start worrying and go back to his truck to look for him. You’re met with him on one knee holding out a ring.

You both felt that it was only fitting to get married at a place that means a lot to you, so you chose the beach. It’s a small wedding, but you can feel the happiness and excitement radiating off of everyone. To everyone’s surprise, Paul starts tearing up when he sees you walking toward him. He ends up crying again when you say your vows.

X = Xylophone (What’s their song?)

“It's a little bit funny, this feeling inside. I'm not one of those who can easily hide. I don't have much money, but, boy, if I did. I'd buy a big house where we both could live”

Paul doesn’t have much, but he wishes he could give you the world. However, he loves you with all of his heart, and that’s enough for you.

Y = Yes (Do they ever think of getting married/proposing?)

Paul starts thinking about marriage not soon after you start dating. He didn’t grow up around anyone that had a healthy marriage, but he knew that he wanted to live a domestic life with you. He’s fully prepared to marry you after 5 months, but holds off on it. You’re definitely married within a year and a half of meeting each other though.

Z = Zebra (If they wanted a pet, what would they get?)

Paul never had any pets growing up, but wanted to feel like he had a stereotypical, domestic life with you. You feared he would be annoyed by a dog hogging your attention, so you bought a fish that Paul ended up getting really attached to.

The second you say the words “I leave Monday”, he’s already grumbling.

“Again? For how long this time?”

Clingy as hell the entire day before your flight. Touchy. Sulky. Trying not to be mad at you but definitely mad at the situation.

But he never stops you. He just doesn’t know how to handle missing you.

“Next time, I’m going with you. I’ll live in your damn suitcase.”

Once he gets used to the rhythm, he sends you short voice messages instead of texts because his tone says more than his words ever could.

And when you’re home? He will not leave your side. You can’t pee alone for three days.

Embry Call

At first? Supportive golden retriever mode.

“Babe! That’s so cool!”

But after a few trips, he realizes just how much he misses you when you’re gone.

Embry’s the type to set up FaceTime movie nights.

He’ll take pictures of things and send them with:

“Reminded me of you 🥹💛”

Secretly counts the days till you’re back. Literally scratches tallies in a notebook like he’s in prison.

“Is it weird I sprayed your hoodie with my cologne just so it smells like you wore it?”

When you get home, he almost cries but plays it cool. Badly.

Super chill and trusting, but also the king of “accidental” clinginess.

“Oh, you’re leaving tomorrow? I guess I’ll just hold you like a koala until then.”

Makes you laugh before trips so you won’t cry.

“Don’t forget your charger. Or socks. Or me.”

Sends you the dumbest memes at 2 a.m.

“You’re the only person I want to show this to first.”

Talks about you constantly while you’re gone. The pack is sick of it.

“She’s in Chicago right now. Time zone’s different. She’s a boss.”

And when you return? He throws a “Welcome Home” party. Every. Single. Time.

Super proud of your job. Brags about you like it’s his full-time gig.

“My girl’s out there living her dream. What are you doing, bro?”

But under the pride is a big ol’ sad puppy.

He sends you updates on what the pack’s doing, the weather, your favorite snack in stock—just to feel close.

Gets super attached to your stuff while you’re gone. Sleeps with your pillow. Wears your hoodie.

“I miss you. That’s all. Just had to say it.”

When you get home? Tackles you on sight. Won’t let go. You missed your luggage—he didn’t care.

The most mature about it—but also the softest.

Seth encourages you to chase your dreams, but that doesn’t mean his heart doesn’t hurt.

“Just promise you’ll be safe, okay?”

He leaves little notes in your bag. Buys you snacks for the trip.

Video calls every night. Talks about his day like you’re still next to him.

“I know you’re far away, but I still feel close to you.”

When you return, he’s there at the airport/train station every time with your favorite drink and the biggest grin.

You’re home the moment you see him.

Pretends she’s unfazed.

“Okay. Go be a boss. I’ll be here.”

But underneath the cool front is an ache.

Leah’s already terrified of losing people, so distance—even temporary—is a trigger she doesn’t talk about.

Won’t beg you to stay, but she’ll get quiet the night before you leave.

“I don’t need you to quit. I just… hate not being near you.”

Texting? Minimal. Not because she doesn’t care—because it hurts.

When you return, she pulls you in hard and doesn’t let go. Then immediately acts like she didn’t miss you that much.

“You were only gone a week. Chill.”

(She didn’t sleep properly the whole time.)

Jacob Black

Supportive, but hates watching you leave. Gets quiet the day before trips, holding you longer, breathing you in like he’s storing it.

“Wish I could go with you.”

Texts you constantly—random pack updates, sweet check-ins, and occasional soft ones like:

“I don’t sleep right without you.”

“Proud of you. Always.”

When you get back, he hugs you tight, muttering:

“Don’t leave without saying goodbye again.”

Then grins:

“Next trip, I’m coming. Emotional support werewolf and all.”

Dates with Seth

Beach bonfires with the pack where he sneaks you extra marshmallows.

Late-night walks in the forest where he shifts and runs alongside you just to show off a little, then nudges your hand with his snout.

Movie nights where he refuses to let you sit more than one inch away from him, “for optimal cuddling conditions.”

Quiet La Push evenings: him lying with his head in your lap while you card your fingers through his hair and he rambles about anything and everything.

With the Pack Around

The pack teases the life out of him:

“Seth, your heart’s loud again, calm down, they just smiled.”

He is proudly, aggressively whipped, and doesn’t care who knows.

If someone jokes at your expense, he’s the first to go, “Hey, that wasn’t funny.”

You become the unofficial morale boost of the group; when things get intense, Seth looks at you once, breathes, and keeps going.

Jealousy & Protection

Seth doesn’t get super jealous, he gets nervously possessive in a sweet way.

If someone flirts with you, he’ll sidle closer, hand sliding into yours, smiling but eyes sharp.

The only time he truly snaps is if someone threatens you.

Happy, sunshine Seth goes dead serious, steps in front of you, that deep alpha-ready growl in his chest even if he’s not the alpha.

Comforting You

If you’re upset, he gets this heartbroken, kicked-puppy look.

Quietly pulls you to his chest and just holds you, one hand rubbing slow circles on your back.

“You don’t have to explain yet. Just breathe, okay? I’ve got you.”

Brings you snacks, hoodies, and his favorite blanket that “smells like home” (aka, him).

When He’s Upset

Tries to pretend everything’s fine, but he can’t fake it with you.

Ends up sitting next to you, shoulders tense, picking at a loose thread on his jeans until you ask: “Seth. What’s wrong?”

Once you coax it out of him, he talks with his whole heart—no half-truths, no holding back.

Falls asleep best when you’re petting his hair or tracing patterns on his arm.

Future Stuff

Talks about the future like it’s obvious you’re in it:

“When we get a place,”

“Our future dog,”

“If we have kids, they’re definitely getting your personality.”

Wants a house near the ocean so he can still hear the waves and run patrols, but always come back to you.
