Sacred spaces, holy spaces Sacred means "to set apart, deserving of veneration." Holy comes from the Old English word hālig and is related to the German word heilig, both meaning "blessed" or "whole." Sacred spaces can be places of cultural veneration or spiritual importance, or self ascendence. Wolf Brigade NY is one of those places for me. It is a place set apart time for Convergence. Every year I say I'm making a pilgrimage to Convergence, and it is truly a pilgrimage because it takes the entire trip to prepare myself for the things I will learn physically, spiritually, and mentally. Convergence is a sacred space for me as it is a holy time that allows me to make myself whole and see what I am truly capable of. From physicality and detail work to make my physical vessel better, to the mental aspect of deep philosophical conversation between bouts of hard work that allow clarity of mind, to the spiritual exhalation I feel at the end of the weekend to know I have been made better, made more whole, so that in return I can be better for those who depend on me. For that I would encourage everyone at some point in their life to make a pilgrimage to Wolf Brigade NY, because you will learn more about yourself in two days than you would in a month somewhere else. So thank you for all the progress conspirators, dissenters, strongmen, and agents of empowerment for making Convergence such a sacred, holy space for all of us. #wolfbrigadegym #Ursinefitness #progressconspirators #agentsofempowerment #convergence #nevernotmore (at Wolf Brigade) https://www.instagram.com/p/CCATS91HjQc/?igshid=2oyjj6e6zuph
