Isabel Guzman - Love Song

After I wrote about the incredible Vanbot song the other day, I received several messages asking me about a different artist, who I also mentioned in that post - Isabel Guzman. Well, this is "Love Song"- it's the first song I had ever heard from Isabel, she has many other songs that are even better. Check out her brilliant EP Kill The Boy, when it can still be purchased.

I'm guessing things got quite complicated with her record label and such, so no full album was released as promised. I cried, and cried. and cried some more. She was like Robyn to me, but actually BETTER. (By the way, if ANYONE has a full recording of "There Must Be Something" I will dedicate my life to you, make a shrine to you, etc).

So it seems some re-invention has happened, and now Isabel is planning to release songs under the name Wolfbox. I slightly dislike that name, as my buddy Paul said: "It sounds like something you might catch after a night of convulsing with Shakira." LOL! Don't let the name fool you though, her new song "One For The Radio" is amazing, and you can listen to it here. Beautiful. I really hope that Isabel's WolfBox incarnation takes off, and plenty of uplifting electro-pop is birthed!
