Odan had always been a nervous wreck even before all shit hit the fan, but Nile did her best to reassure him and calm him down. They were pretty much opposites (he was a mixed-blood, hence the longer ears and a fox-ish rather than a lupine appearance in his other form, while she had a noble ascendance), but still very much in love.

Isi had to grow up really fast to take care of her sibling. Although she sometimes got fed up with Timel, she would have done anything to keep them safe - and that’s pretty much what happened.

Zev and Ylva. Zev was a magic wielder, with an affinition to sand and heat. He was a pretty cool dad, much of a kid himself. Ylva was the “iron fist in a velvet glove” type of mom, you loved her and her cookies, but didn’t you dare talk back.

Vani was the one who took the babysitter roles when the parents weren’t. She could be a bit of a tyrant, but most of the time she was pretty level-headed.

As the heir, Erin didn’t have a lot of humour, and held on alot to traditions and the etiquette. Because of this he was often in conflict with Vevan.

Vevan, at this time, was far from the never-lying paranoid wreck he is today. He was kind of a brat actually, playing pranks on his siblings and always telling them lies to scare them. 

Echo was not exactly the party-type. Because she was an albino, she could only get out during the night, and she came to resent more and more her condition.

Vitte was a nervous guy. He didn’t like confrontations very much, and would have rather much liked if everyone was getting along.
