i forgot to say that friday finnie and i went to a some estate sales and i saw this electric wok and i had such a strong memory of my mom using a wok exactly like it to make that nineteen seventies north florida version of fried rice with minute rice and diced up ham and canned peas and later finnie and i ate carnitas tacos inside of a restaurant and talked about fringe and bluey
