Happy Valentine's Day Everyone! Today's workout is going to burn off all the chocolate you're about to eat today! Hopefully it's dark chocolate :)
As always, the WOD is meant to improve your PT scores and to build strength. It is designed to do at home and you should go as fast as possible. Today you'll need a stop watch to move from movement to movement. Rest one minute as indicated between sets. Remember, AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!!!! SWEAT!
For Time:
Start

1 min burpees
1 min alternating ab bicycles
1 min burpees
Rest 1 min after 2nd round
