The Sand Trap
You're traveling through the haunted forest, you've been tracking Momotaros, Beyblade of the Old Ones (@cthulhus-beyblade). You had expected them to be merely cutting through toward the endzone directly, but their trail took you deep into the woods and now you're running low on supplies. You're about to make camp for the night when you hear someone calling for help.

‘Damn it’, I cursed under my breath. The last thing I needed was to become involved in a wizard’s duel. The dishes were piling up, the rest of my cottage a mess of floating books that couldn’t be bothered to stay in place and the pumpkin patch hadn’t seen a proper weeding in weeks. ‘Oh well..’
I peeked into my cauldron and realized with delight that some of my deadly mushroom stew was still bubbling merrily away. ‘Perfect. This will be part of my spell.’ Augustus The Toad croaked approvingly from his spot in the sink.
I put on grandma Agatha’s tattered hat, because that is what you do as a respectable forest witch about to concoct a spell, and began chanting in the wild tongue of nature.
Half an hour later I gave the stew another counter-clockwise stir and finished my song at the last verse.. Strong winds were rattling at the shutters of my cottage, and dark clouds began to form in the distance. A lightning bolt flashed across the horizon. I smiled. My spell was showing its first effects.
‘Alright Augustus. Let’s get this cottage set up for a storm, shall we?’
