You hummed quietly as you painted the picture of Hope. When you heard the doorknob turning you quickly stopped your humming and covered up your art. You didn’t think you were very good and didn’t want anyone to see it.

The door opened to reveal Hope. Once she saw you she smiled and walked over to you looking at the cloth-covered canvas.

“What's that?” she askes softly as she wrapped her arms around your waist. Hope was not very big on PDA where everyone could see, but behind closed doors, she was super cuddly. A blush covered your cheeks as she kissed your cheek.

“N-nothing” She frowned at your words but understand that you were shy. Leading her over to the bed you snuggled into her arms and she stroked your hair softly.

“You alright, Baby?” She grabbed your chin making you look at her and you just smiled and nodded your head.

You both layed like that before falling asleep.

The next day you had gained the courage to show Hope the painting. You had practically dragged her away from Dr. Saltzmen’s office and into your room.

“Y/n? What's this about?” She giggles as you look at her happily before taking the sheet off the canvas.

She stares at the painting with wide eyes. She does this for a while before you start getting nervous.

Oh god, she doesn’t like it. It’s horrible. I shouldn’t have shown her.

You go to cover it back up but she stops you with a hand on your wrists.

“No. Don’t cover it up. It’s beautiful.” She walks closer then turns to you before kissing you all across your face.

“I can’t believe you’ve never shown me that you could paint before.”

“I-I was going to but I w-wasn’t sure if you would like them,” you said quietly. She looked at you softly before kissing your lips causing your cheeks to heat up.
