love your tags about queueing, they're so creative!
Oh thank you so much! Theyβre mostly just plays on song titles from my youth. I love nostalgia more than just about anything.
Somebody: Captain Marvel was made for the feminists, it's such a bad movie, they were copying wonder woman, it's not even worth watching

It was very painful for Armand to see Daniel slowly killing himself through neglect, madness and alcoholism. He felt as though, in part, he was responsible because he had given him so much, given him all that he could have wished for. He loved Daniel and he wanted them to spend as much time together as possible. He didn't want to give Daniel the blood because he knew what it would do ultimately. He knew where it would lead, that doing so would eventually lead to hatred, to the inescapable pain of loss. He told himself that it would be better for Daniel to die as a mortal man, than leave him as an immortal. It was also dangerous to create him as a fledgling during Akasha's cull but Armand felt as though his hand was forced because Daniel wasn't going to make it beyond a matter of days and Armand wasn't ready to let go.
The depth of Armand's love for Daniel can be evidenced within the making of him as an immortal because Armand hadn't made any fledglings. It could be argued that Armand didn't love Daniel and it was a toxic relationship but, to Armand, what he felt for Daniel and what he did for him and to him, that was love as Armand understood it.
Armand cannot stand others seeing him cry and when he gets to that point, he checks out completely and will just disappear and hide himself away so no one can follow him and can see that pure vulnerability. The world taught him time and time again that vulnerability brought with it only pain and made him look weak and he will not stand anyone seeing him as being weak.
