He shouldn’t be nervous, but the truth was that Cameron was worried Devon wouldn’t take it well to seeing him. They hadn’t really seen each other in a couple of years now, hadn’t talked on the phone since Christmas - it should’ve been Devon’s birthday, but he was on a trip and completely forgot the date. Now, he fixed his tie and knocked on the door of the apartment where he had sent Devon’s present last year (a couple of hugo boss ties he had never seen his brother wearing).

Adam smiled when he saw the man, waving gently to call his attention, his breath calming down slightly at the sight. The reaper didn’t think he’d be this nervous, it’s been weeks now that they’ve been seeing each other, but this was their first official date. Or at least he was sure of it, people didn’t dress up and took each other for dinner at nice restaurants as just friends, right?
He hoped not.
