Port of Leith is a whisky distillery which is vertical and has so many wonderful views. The restaurant / bar on top was very nice too. This distillery is a few years into production so there isn’t any whisky to taste yet. You’ll taste some new made spirit, and port and sherry from the cask suppliers they’re aligned with, and so on. Very friendly and informative tour of the distillery. Because of the COVID pandemic they had a slow hard start. Well worth the visit if you like distilleries. They also have a nice gift shop.
