"Imagination is the only weapon in the war against reality." -Lewis Carroll It was admittedly unplanned to post this and the Alice in Wonderland drawing by @robbmommaerts on the same day, but it turned out to be a rather apt pairing. I only recently picked up the Pentel Arts Pocket Brush Pen and haven't had many oppurtunities to use it (other than just playing around), so I figured I would go with some quick stroke writing rather than anything approaching an attempt at calligraphy... or even a neat cursive. While I am certainly no @marykatemcdevitt, @catharinemisook, or @stephsayshello when it comes to typography art or handwritten fonts (Go check out their work! Great stuff), there is something to be said for just having fun! Following that idea, I just let the pen brush cut over the page of our Airship #AlphaSketchWire sketchbook journal like a sword on the wind... though I felt as though I could get lost to doodling at any minute.
