More Winx club OCs in Almost Magical:

Stefan is a character that comes in later on in Almost Magical. He and Kai (Musa’s son) have history. 

Arsen here is a special case and is only seen during Tora’s character arc. He was her rival when she was younger.

Arsen was sadistic in the sense that he tried to grab every opportunity to intimidate and demean Tora. It's because Tora is Valtor's child. Everyone in their Wizard society ( a whole community of people just like Valtor) knows this. How people can also tell is- yep- the birthmark shaped like Valtor's mark on Tora's neck. Asides from that, her mother, Skeera never married Valtor. The Wizard society is prudish when it comes to these matters and consider this a scandal. They also loathe Valtor for what he did. (Remember his power quest- helped the witches ruin Domino,  become the most powerful wizard, etc ?) His failure and everything else that came with it, resulted in his entire society getting discriminated by the rest of Magix. (Fairies, Witches, etc.)  The hate they feel for Valtor is reflected in the way they treat anyone associated with him. Arsen was not the only one who looked down on Tora. Even Skeera's family did. But Skeera still loved her daughter very much and tried her best to shield her from the scrutiny. Eventually, Tora has to do the same for her two children, Tero and Valla.

The thing about Tora is that she was actually born sometime before Valtor left to fulfill his role in the destruction of Domino. So in present time, she is only a little older than the Winx club. The main role as Valtor’s next generation in Almost Magical is filled in by Tora’s children, Valla and Tero.
