Regarding my writings, I have made a little poll long time ago (you can find the results here) regarding one of the fics I should write first and I'm happy the one I'm brainrotting for months won! But never say never, I can change my mind ahahahah

But I'm planning more Bucky x Reader fics in the future, as well as some Cregan x Reader. I miss writing for my beloved Lord of Winterfell.

And then there's him...

I'm afraid I have unlocked a new crush... 😩 (thank you to @sylasthegrim for the endless talks and brainrots about this man, I already have scenerios in my mind).

Luckly my thesis comes to an end next Tuesday, and after that I can blissfully immers myself in reading and writing and give you ugly fics 💜

20: What's the story behind your pen name?

So, this is funny because this nickname you're seeing here it's not the one I've always had here on Tumblr and in other writing sites. My original name was "WinterStorm99", and was the merger of The Winter Soldier + Sandstorm (my OC hero I wrote since high school); 99 it's just an addition and represents my year of birth.

But the question is: how did "WinterStorm99" become "thenameswinter99"? Easy. I was creating the account for a game, my first nickname was taken, so I had to come up with a quick solution. I typed as a joke "thenameswinter" and I found out it was free. And from that moment on I've always used this to sign my fanfics.

23: What is your #1 distraction when you're trying to write? If it's a pet, post a pic.

Honestly? Everything is a source of distraction for me, but I noticed that lately the situation has gotten worse.

I generally tend to spend five minutes writing, then get distracted and do something else, only coming back to writing after a couple of hours. That's why I'm such a slow writer, and it bothers me a lot.

I don't know if this headcanon exists or not, but for a Sihtric fic I was writing and interrupted, I wrote that he has a decent knowledge of wild herbs and fruits. This is because I have always imagined him going around with her mother into the forest as a child, because I 100% believe Elflaed would have taken him with her rather than leaving him with that cunt of his father.

Plus, we guess from the books that Elflaed could have a good knowledge of poisonous or non-poisonous fruits, she tried to poison Kjartan with black berries, so I think Sihtric could have developed this knowledge by reflex.

12: Do you write in order, jump around the draft, or a mix? Something else?

Generally I tend to write in order, because my brain refuses to jump back and forth for the document. I'm strange, I know, but this is how my brain works and how I can't focus if I lose the chronological order of things.

It happens, however, that I interrupt a fic to start another (this happened to the Sihtric fic I was writing because I started a Bucky fic instead), but I generally write in order.
