Went to eat Miss Fu In Cheng Du with parents and their client LOL. Just there for free food... ahh I feel like this place was SO yum when they first opened but the taste has gone down drastically in the last four years. Kind of tragic, but happy to eat regardless.

Ok so im not sure if i did this right, but the melon now tastes like brown sugar and i have this nice syrupy essence to mix with water into the tea. Now to make the creamcheese and salt whipping creme that the internet suggested.
Time to simmer for two hours until translucent. With a couple tablespoons of rock sugar. I wonder if this works with other gourds or fruits. Pumpkin tea syrup could be yummy.
Making Wintermelon tea. 1lb melon 1 cup brown sugar. Sit till water forms. We shall see how that goes.

Lost all my savings this week because of that tea (HAHAHAHA! So exage. just half of it ) Accounting prof. was cool yet strict. House rules were good. Like you can attend her class by 2pm plus an early dismissal. We just have 12 saturday classes to attend. By March 29 we're already free of accounting class. hoorayyyy! ☺
