Atlas Academy Shenanigans
Harriet: Arc! You wanted to speak privately?
Jaune: Yeah, I actually had a question about a bit of weight training.
Harriet: Weight training is more so Elm's speed. Cardio and agility is more up my alley.
Jaune: No, I think I'm up the perfect alley. I've seen your squats and I can definitely see myself getting into that.
Harriet: Oh! Well glad your impressed! These girls, *cups hips* are my pride and joy!
Jaune: Believe me, I've noticed. I'm looking to increase my foundation strength and load baring to complement my shield work. But there's one thing I need to know first.
Harriet: I get it, too many skipped leg days. Fine, anything for my new squat buddy!
Jaune: How much do you weigh?
Harriet: I'll have you know that a bit of weight is actually a benefit in my regiment. It's all about proper form and technique, just keep up and someday you might reach my level!
Jaune: I appreciate that, really, but it's actually very important that I know your exact weight.
Harriet: ...Rude question to ask a lady there mister, and frankly, unless I'm sitting on your face, my weight should be none of your concern.
Jaune: I would like to make your weight my concern.
Jaune: I would like to make your weight my concern.
Clover: Hello! Atlas to Harriet? You still with us?
Clover: You've been spacing out with that goofy grin on your face all morning. Pleasant dreams?
Winter: *Ahem* I believe Specialist Bree is just excited to have one of our new allies from Beacon join one of her... training sessions last night.
Winter: At least that's what I happened to overhear.
Harriet: You were there?!
Winter: I always do my rounds of the hard-light training rooms, to make sure cadets aren't up too late.
Winter: Imagine my surprise to hear you instructing one of my sister's friends...
Clover: Ha! So one of the kids looks up to our Harriet huh?
Harriet: Y-You could say that...
Clover: Well I'll be, be sure not to work 'em too rigorously!
Marrow: Too late for that.
Marrow: The smell of Jaune and Hare's rigorous training lingered in the showers long after they had finished up.
Clover: That won't do, leave the poor kid some breathing room for his missions.
Winter: I think that was the point of her training.
Harriet: Don't look at me please.
Winter: Good evening Jaune.
Winter: That's my mother. Please, call me Winter. I see you are getting some late-night exercise?
Jaune: Uh, Yup! Just a bit of work on my... breathing and endurance is all!
Winter: So I've heard. We've never spoken outright but I'm told you've saved my sister's life in Mistral?
Jaune: Oh, that? It was nothing really. My semblance just happened to be exactly what was needed in the moment.
Winter: I beg to differ Jaune. My sister is safe and well entirely thanks to your efforts, and I wished to express my thanks for bringing her home in one piece.
Jaune: Heh, that's really not neccessary. Weiss definitely didn't make a big deal out of it.
Winter: ...? You don't mean to say my sister hasn't thanked you for saving her life do you?
Jaune: Er, not that it was necessary! We're Hunters, helping each other in life-threatening situations comes with the job right?
Winter: Be that as it may-! *Inhale* No daughter of the Schnee household should be so ungrateful. You have my word that I will have a brisk conversation with her about this.
Jaune: Try not to be too harsh on her, I can't imagine it was a fond experience. I don't blame her for wanting to move on from that kind of memory as quickly as possible. I doubt I could handle it so well.
Winter: You are humble to a fault Jaune. A trait severely lacking in the men of my family...
Jaune: Well it's kinda hard to be an arrogant asshat when around someone as competent and accomplished as you.
Winter: *Giggle* I'm finding it hard to see my sister's perspective of you, my impression so far has been... rather pleasant, to say the least.
Jaune: Ah, well I've come a long way from where I started, believe me.
Winter: And looking to improve further I see, spending your time here in the solid-light training rooms all alone...
Jaune: S-sort of! I've actually enlisted one of your colleagues for help. She actually should have been here a while ago...
Winter: You must mean Harriet.
Jaune: Yeah, I had hoped to go over some... rougher drills.
Winter: That's quite a shame then. I believe she was sent on a last minute patrol just as I finished my daily duties.
Jaune: Huh. She hasn't responded to my messages about-
Winter: Oh! How about I step in to help you with your exercises tonight?
Winter: If it's breathing and endurance, I can guarentee just as much of a rigorous regiment as Specialist Bree!
Winter: Helping you work out a bit of tension would be the perfect way to express my gratitude! Allow me a moment to change, I happen to have purchased a brand new pair of very breathable, and very thin grey leggings! *switches away*
Jaune: Thin grey leggings... *staring*
Jaune: *texting* "Heard about your last minute patrol duty! Don't worry about our "exercises", Ms. Schnee offered to help me train for real tonight. Get back to me when they've cut you loose!"
Harriet: *Struggling while tied and gagged in Winter's room, a white Manticore laying on top of her as her scroll buzzes*
Marrow: *Later in the showers* Argh! Again? ...Wait, that's not Harriet's scent.
I don't know how this turned out so long, bu I wanna start doing more uncommon ships
