Grüner Veltliner is a variety largely associated with Austria (and rightfully so), but this single-vineyard example from Oxley Farms in Lawton, was rather enjoyable. There's bright orchard fruit, citrus, and melon flavors with a hint of exotic spice—all framed by an unwavering line of acidity. It is easy to drink and very food-friendly.
