Looks like a window gnat. They’re actually a pretty big pest in sewage treatment plants because they like damp conditions and decaying organic matter. So it’s possible they’ve found somewhere in your bathroom, maybe in a drain or the pipes, to make looooots of babies. I don’t know specifically about dealing with window gnats, but drain flies are a similar problem, and pouring boiling water down your sink and shower drains once every few days seems to help those, so maybe try that!
