okay hi nice to meet you i'm The Wi Ha Joon Guy but you already know that. meet my darling friend @egg2k16 who is the diego luna guy. it's actually the horse who got me into rpf in the first place, encouraged me to write fic when i was thinking about it but wasn't sure about whether it was okay or not. incredible friend of mine, we chat about rpf and squid game a lot and it's great. but again. it's the diego luna guy. and i fucking love listening to my friends talk about their interests when i know nothing about them. so ofc i was very much supportive of it talking to me about diego.

then it mentioned it was thinking about our two number one horses (<- what i call my blorbos but. for rpf. no one question the horse theme btw let me live. if we lived in a beautiful horse world squid game would be called horse game and it would be on netfilly directed by horse dong horse and the horse brothers inhorse and junhorse would be played by lee byung horse and wi horse joon. but no one's ready for that conversation....) together and i was like HELLOOOOOO SAILOR so at first it was really just self indulgent "these guys are pretty let's make em fuck" but then as we talked about them in more detail we saw. visions.

specifically it mentioned to me diego's. interesting. relationship to sex. how he seems very detached from sex whenever he talks about it. he mentioned in an interview that he lost his virginity to an adult woman during filming when he was twelve, and he mentioned this incredibly casually, like he didn't even realise he was being taken advantage of. like it wasn't a big deal. very detached from the experience.

the thing i'm focusing on there (though ofc i'm taking his fascinating lack of attachment to sex for characterisation purposes. studies him like a bug) is him losing his virginity to an older woman when he was twelve. 1. me too buddy me too and 2. that's crazy and 3. hm.

cuz diego lost his virginity as a kid to an older woman but he doesn't seem to have a thing for older people. ha joon, however, has said he didn't have relationships with older people when he was younger, but (based on his answer to "who's your ideal opposite if you did a romcom" being a woman who, albeit is not That much older than him, does have a somewhat noticeable number on him + his very very Very obvious crush on lee byung hun) does have a thing for older people. that's intriguing.

speaking of ha joon's preference for older company, diego is twelve years older than him. fun. freaky sonic dot gif.

also! note that number twelve. when diego was twelve years old, ha joon was barely months old. diego lost his virginity when ha joon was still a baby. cue the tweet about asking an older butch to put a cigarette out on you. Interesting!

(also, this isn't gonna be accurate for much longer, but diego luna got divorced twelve years ago! funny how that number keeps cropping up. i feel like the guy with the corkboard and string. What does it Mean)

now aside from all the theorising and the calculations, i've got some more visions.

diego's first language is spanish but he's also fluent in english, but ha joon is Not fluent in english. he knows some, enough to get by, but it's all a bit stilted. i think he's actually taking lessons currently (WHICH IS A TRAGEDY FOR ME SPECIFICALLY BC I GET SO JUMPSCARED WHENEVER I HEAR MY HORSES SPEAK ENGLISH. SCARY. watched an interview with park gyu young and she was speaking english AHHHH STOP !!!!! SCARY SCARY SCARY) but he's not fluent. that means they have what like. 50% of a shared language. very very sexy. i love when communication is a challenge of its own 💞💞 plus them both slipping into their native languages while fucking is hixgakflfhphdxkg hoooohjggkhjv.

also they have One inch of difference in height with ha joon being the taller party. that's so sexy. i love barely noticeable height differences and i love taller bottoms. picturing diego getting up all close to him and leaning forward while ha joon leans back a little nervous and a little scared and him Just noticing the difference in height when diego is that close. pretty sexy!!!!!! or diego pushing ha joon against a wall with his chest to ha joon's back and ha joon looking backwards to see him. the one inch of difference. ha joon looking down Just slightly to make eye contact. i'm barking.

also diego looks scruffy like, all the time. he's got this sort of scruffy windswept look to him constantly (kinda piratey imo, esp with the long hair. put him in a billowy shirt and i'd believe it instantly). ha joon, though, is very. clean cut? he's very smooth and silky, very clean, crisp. princely. i joke about how he's full model mode 24/7 but that's just cuz he just. Looks like that. he's just got a princely face!! they sent him into the field and put him on a tractor and it felt like the princess protection program where they sent that princess to the countryside. he looked like that. but he's ACTUALLY from the countryside!! he just has that princely face. the visual juxtaposition is lovely. also they both have pretty eyes 💞💞 some semblance of cohesion.

but the most important thing really is just ha joon is my guy and diego is my friend's. i love slapping my interests against other people's and seeing what it makes regardless of how absurd. and these two..... fascinating to me
