To those who replied re my Martin-related tattoo post, thanks a lot for your suggestions, much appreciated 👍 It's a great little pool of ideas to start with and look into further. @beautyagegoodnesssize headphones are an interesting suggestion as I'm looking to get the tattoo on my wrist and had seen a few headphone designs online. I hadn't considered the music angle (was thinking more about Martin's work and stuff I was a fan of than his personal interests), so thanks for pointing it out. @willietheplaidjacket you weren't alone in suggesting the acorn, it's a good idea :) The Mod symbol would also be a great idea as I'm trying to find a more symmetrical design for my wrist--I'd just be a bit concerned about not being a Mod myself and having it. Will think it over though. @thistie I hadn't really thought much of the fashion angle and will need to explore it more, but yeah, can't think of anything in the immediate (although you'll see one suggested idea below 😄). Not being a big fan of Hitchhikers I'd be a little worried about having a design inspired by them. Though the number '42' isn't overly specific lol. Idk if I'd want Martin's name (even in another language), names aren't quite my thing. @starinthesky28 huh, an apple 😄 Lol it took me a second for my sleepy brain to realise what you were getting at, but that's actually a pretty cool idea. Especially if I can get hold of a pic online to get the specific apple design they used. I really like it.
