The three men accused in the February 23 shooting death of #AhmaudArbery were indicted Wednesday by a grand jury, a district attorney said. Glynn County's Grand Jury has indicted #TravisMcMichael, his father, #GregoryMcMichael, and #WilliamRoddieBryan on malice and felony murder charges in Arbery's death. "We will continue to be intentional in the pursuit of justice for this family and the community at large as the prosecution of this case continues," said Holmes, the specially appointed prosecutor in the case. Investigators at a preliminary hearing says evidence shows three suspects "chased, hunted down and ultimately executed" Ahmaud Arbery in Georgia. A prosecutor on Thursday laid out in detail how the 25-year-old victim tried to run for his life before he was struck by a vehicle and called a racial slur by one of the suspects after being gunned down. ABC News reports: "The preliminary hearing for Gregory McMichaels, his son Travis McMichaels and William "Roddie" Bryan unfolded with graphic details describing the last moments of Arbery's life. At one point, testimony from the lead investigator in the case became so graphic Arbery's mother, Wanda Cooper, walked out of the courtroom. The hearing occurred at the Glynn County Courthouse in Brunswick, Georgia. Present in the courtroom was #GregoryMcMichael , 64, a former Georgia police officer, and #TravisMcMichael, 34. #WilliamRoddieBryan was not in the courtroom during the hearing.
