told my husband this morning I want to train for and run a half marathon happening in june. and while I do love him, I’m kind of bummed he wasn’t as supportive as I’d hoped for… more so doubting that I would be able to do it. (Which makes me want to do it even more now).
now I’m like, Dave would never!! he’d be like, “When do we start training?!”

I know I don’t need to make this post, could just easily slip away without saying anything unnoticed, but i wanted to tie up some loose ends for this blog. This is me saying goodbye to this blog for the foreseeable future. I don’t have plans to tie up loose ends on any series for the time being, there’s a possibility I might at some point which is why I’m not deleting my blog in its entirety. So maybe, at some point I’ll come back and pick up where things left off— but for now this is bye!

I started writing again… or at least attempting to write and it’s for this fun little universe. I’m excited to revisit these two a year later. Hoping to have it posted before the end of the year… that’s the plan at least.

My grandpa passed away on Thursday. It still doesn’t feel real. And I keep hoping he’ll be waiting in the living room watching his football each time I walk through the door at their house. I miss him so much. Losing people you love sucks a lot 💔
I was on a walk the day after he passed and was really missing him. I had really wanted to hear from him and say hi. After that thought, I looked up to see he left me a note in the clouds ❤️🥹
