In answer to your question about tea, as MI6 is in London, Q would most likely either get his tea from a little cafe/sandwich bar (there's loads of them in London, especially in areas with lots of offices), or he might go to one of the coffee shops like Starbucks (but if he's a tea purist, I would think that would be a last resort, as their tea is pretty insipid).
