I’m ship trash and Wicca and Arick are a+ super massive cuties and I love them to bits and (technically early) Valentines Day is an excuse to draw these cuties.

1. Whenever Wicca makes coffee or tea for Arick, she always has a sip of it first to make sure it tastes alright.

2. While she doesn’t really care much for house keeping, Wicca always keeps the house in tip top order and everything organized to keep stress and clutter low (especially around Halloween).

3. Wicca likes to leave little sticky notes around the house with notes like ‘Go get em!’ or ‘#1 spookster’, either silly stuff like that to make Arick laugh, or sweet compliments like ‘You’re adorable when you’re asleep’ or ‘I believe in you’.

4. During really stressful times, Wicca gets up really early to go talk to whomever Arick has to meet with that day to try and hammer out some less important details. That way, when he has to meet with them, Arick can focus on the bigger, more important stuff and stress less about the tinier details.

August rarely shows change in expression no matter how strong the emotion may be so it’s hard to tell just how broken up inside he might be feeling. He tries keeping a stiff lip, not to wallow in the emotion, and that’s the same as bottling things up inside until they spill at the last minute. Something he inherited from his father, no doubt, but it’s also due to his princely training he received since young; how transparency could mean weakness. This doesn’t mean however that he’s allowed to express himself when in the privacy of his own room, where no one’s ever seen him cry.

.....belated birthday. I caught the death flu and been sick for the last few days but here’s your birthday present courtesy of my new obsession with my dance verse and the Princess and the Frog soundtrack on repeat: swing era human verse Arick and Wicca! Happy 17th!

August likes the quiet. He gets irritated very easily by loud noise and idle chit-chat especially when the conversations don’t involve him. Which is why, despite being a prince and knowing what’s expected of him, giant parties and social gatherings are usually when he’s his nastiest.

Usually to avoid this, all you have to do is to let him do his own thing and call him only when it’s necessary. eg. Let him wander around and read his book at some quiet place. Or let him perform on the piano or dance with his sisters to pass the time; two of his favorite hobbies.

August was actually a late-bloomer in terms of speaking, only able to say his first words at 4-years-old. He needed a special tutor to help him with his speech, which is why he speaks so eloquently now and is insecure about being spoken over. Fastest way to piss him off: cut him mid-sentence or speak for him when it’s not warranted.

Wiccisha is naturally the ‘princess of the ball’ and enjoys all the attention and praise she gets for being such a ‘well-behaved little girl’, even though social gatherings are a bit too stuffy and boring for her liking. It’s because her brother fails in this department Wiccisha chooses to shine, and she’ll always find some way to liven things up.

Wiccisha practically grew up with Nightshade as her babysitter so she picked up a lot of her habits, especially her manner of speech and talkativeness. Normally August wouldn’t tolerate chatterboxes, but seems to make Wiccisha and Nightshade his only exceptions.

Clumsy kiss

Giving Arick surprise kisses was a pretty hard thing to do. It was like he had an extra set of eyes; no matter how quiet Wicca was, he always caught her first. Also, the fact that he was almost twice her size didn’t work. So, since subtly wasn’t an option…..

Watching Arick for a few seconds, Wicca quickl worked the math out in her head. If she could just run fast enough…. What’s the worse that would happen? Stepping back, Wicca took off sprinting full speed at the unsuspecting skeleton. “Hey Arick!” She yelled, pushing off and managing to grab onto his shoulders and give him a big, clumsy kiss right on the cheek before falling rather ungracefully back to earth.
