The alarm in your bedroom blares at 5 AM sharp.

"Dangit," you whimper, voice rough with sleep.

Your eyes struggle to open, just as they do every morning.

"Are you sure you just can't call in today?" your boyfriend murmurs against your neck. He's currently draped over you, his face buried in your chest.

"You say that every morning," you huff, wrapping your arms around him to hold him tighter.

"And every morning I mean it: I don't want you to go." he pouts.

You look down at Reiner, his eyes barely able to stay open, his arms wrapped tightly around your waist.

"You realize that you are the one that has to get up this early and not me, right? You leave before me."

Reiner whines, not letting you go at all. "Shut up."

You snort. "You don't like that I'm right."

"I just don't want to go, I don't like leaving you every morning. We don't enough time to cuddle. And I don't get to hold you long enough, to look at your sleepy face every morning." he says softly, finally lifting his head to look at you.

You look over at the clock, it now reads 5:05. "Okay, I have an idea."

"What?" he whispers, cupping your face gently.

"You gotta leave at 6:30, yeah?"

Reiner nods, pressing a kiss to your nose.

"If we get everything ready the night before, you could add an extra 45 minutes of cuddling every morning."

He tilts his head. "What do you mean?"

"I make your breakfast, you make your lunch, even shower at night instead of in the morning, then that way all you'll have to do is get dressed and ready, grab your lunch and microwave your breakfast on the way out the door."

His eyes light up with glee. "Baby, that's a great idea! You're so smart!"

He suddenly peppers your face with kisses, allowing you to feel the shape of his smile with each press of his lips against your skin. "Can we start today?"

You smile. "Are you showered?"

"Uh...no." he frowns.

"Do you have your lunch made?"

"Also no..."

"Do you have breakfast ready?"

Reiner pouts, knowing where this is going. "But baby..."

"We can start tomorrow, okay?" you smile, pressing a kiss to his lips.

"Fine," he pouts, peeling himself away from you.

"I love you," you smile.

"I love you, too."

"I promise there will be more cuddles after tomorrow."
