Does the Single Set Draft structure mean that we won't be seeing any more cards referencing unprinted cards?

Hello and happy Pride! Can you clear up for me if I could get a win out of two Biovisionary's and two Mirrage Mirrors? Do I get to choose the stack order on those triggers, or do the Mirrors revert back before they go off?
