Day 2 on #squatchallenge - warm up sets to actual heavy lifting sets were enough to add these into my squat challenge of a total of 60 squats for the day. Tomorrow 70!! Left side of lower back has been hurting so I was very limited to do what I would normally do on #doublewhammy day. Today's class at Pulse was 2 rounds of 1/2 mile run then wall sits. Stay in wall sitting position until the another group arrives from their half mile run. Holding those wall sits was #intense. Then followed with Amrap in 5 mins: -5 push ups -10 TRX deadrows -15 air squats Made it through round 7 and 20 reps.
