Money bowls are a staple in many different practices, the idea being that you cram a bunch of stuff into a bowl to draw money, prosperity, and abundance to you.

My Money Bowl Contents: (Do not repost)
NOTE: Not all of the contents of the bowl are listed here. These are what Iām comfortable sharing.
The bowl itself is a repurposed WalMart candle glass. Iām not terribly happy with it, and will likely change it up in the future if I find a more suitable / appropriate container. Or Iāll draw or paint or otherwise modify itās appearance, I dunno.
It holds, in no particular order:
Old money poppet I made years ago from old pj pants. Used to keep him in my purse, but I felt heād serve me better here.
Green felt & twine spell pouch w/ money mixture in it
3 pieces of green sea glass
An old money protection tealight
Sand dollar
$1 in quarters
3 tiiiiiny pieces of citrine
3 whole allspice
9 whole cloves
2 green spiral seashells
1 white spiral seashell with brown dots
3 roasted & salted sunflower seeds
4 pumpkin seeds
1 acorn
3 cowrie shells
2 cinnamon sticks
1 bayleaf
Typically, I also have petitions, spell bags, and $1-$20 bills in it as well.
Money / Abundance Mixture: (Do not repost)
Originally, this served as the base of the money bowl, which I would set the above mentioned items upon. I disliked that the above items became covered in glitter and ginger powder, so I separated the mixture and put it in a jar. I use it in workings to bring abundance and money.
Listed alphabetically:
Basil
Beans
Catnip
Eucalyptus
Gold Glitter
Ground Cinnamon
Ground Cloves
Ground Ginger
Ground Nutmeg
Quick Oats (Oatmeal)
Pumpkin Pie Spice
Roasted & Salted Sunflower Seeds
Rosemary
Sea Salt
Silver Glitter
Thyme
White Rice
You can add / leave out what you wish. I donāt have exact measurements, sorry! This mixture is not edible and should not be made into anything that will be consumed or ingested.

You might think that cables and chords tangle themselves due to a combination of tiny vibrations over time and the initial position and elastic potential of the cables in question.
You might think that leaving the cable in a dense spiral (the most common storing method) would allow the "upper strings" to fall to the side over time, but (due to the elastic tension at the other end of the part that fell) they wouldnāt fall perfectly to the ground, which would result in the tangles and knots.
YOU WOULD BE WRONG!!!
The truth that so many don't want to accept is that there are nefarious creatures that sneak into people's homes with their only intention being to knot and tangle their cables, chords, and wires! Creatures so foul that they do this heinous act for no reason other than wicked glee.
These elusive and slippery beings are known only as the āCable Elvesā, and there is no house, home, or building safe from their evil entangling ways.
BASIC INFORMATION:
APPEARANCE:
1.04 ft tall (0.4 m) on average
5 lbs (2.27 kg) at most
Skin is rather pale and almost translucent; comes in a variety of colors, typically white/gray, yellow, green, and blue
Seem to mostly be hairless, though some have long, braided or twisted beards
Long, bony fingers with jagged fingernails; much the same with their feet and toes
Gangly limbs
Pointed ears
Short, curled tails, not unlike pigs
BEHAVIORS:
Nocturnal; dwell in dark places
Have the ability to slip in and out through tight spaces; the space under a door or the slightly opened zipper of a bag
Can be heard chuckling to themselves while they tangle your cables, saying things like āheheā, ātangle tangle tangleā, and āoh this one wonāt come undone, no sirā
WEAKNESSES:
Proper organization and care for your cables, wires, and chords

Ever year in summertime, generally in August, I tend to find a lot of cicada shells. Not only are they a cool curio, but theyāre also useful for my personal practice. Iād like to share some of what I use them for with you!
Correspondences:
Change
Letting go
Moving on / Leaving things behind
Personal growth
Weight being lifted
Change Powder Recipe: (Do not repost)
Useful for workings relating to change, growth, and motivation.
1-3 Cicada Shells
Ginger
Garlic
Lemon Pepper
Thyme
Combine all in a mortar & pestle and grind until the shells are broken down.
Cicada Shell Change Spell (Do not repost)
1 Cicada Shell
Small Piece of Paper
Pencil
Taglock
Wax
(Opt) Change Powder
(Opt) Herbs / oils / etc. you associate with change
NOTE: Some oils might break down the paper and/or the shell, so be careful!
Write down on the paper what you want to change.
Roll or fold the paper small enough to fit into the cicada shell.
Carefully fit the paper and the taglock (& any powders, herbs, etc.) into the shell. Be careful, as the shells are brittle sometimes. If the shell breaks, donāt fret! Set it aside, it can be used to make change powder later. Just get another shell!
Once the paper is in the shell, seal the shell closed with the wax.
Keep where you like: personal altar, shelf, jewelry box, etc. Somewhere out of the way, where it wonāt get hurt.
When the change has come to pass, dispose of the shell by burning it into ash.

A spell jar to bury & banish feelings that you donāt want to feel.
Do not repost any of my spells, curses, etc. Reblogs are OK.
Itās fashioned by me, using my own correspondences. You can change things around to fit your own, if you want. This is just what works for me.
Youāll Need:
Small jar or bottle (I used an old prescription pill bottle)
Brown or black construction paper
Dirt or soil
Small piece of paper (can be colored based on your correspondences)
Pen or pencil (can be colored based on your correspondences)
Candle(s) (can be colored based on your correspondences)
Black salt
Pepper
IF BANISHING GENTLY: You might want to include things like rosemary, lavender, chamomile, pink salt, sugar, etc.
IF BANISHING FIRMLY: You might want to use hotfoot powder or something similar.
You can also include herbs, stones, and oils you associate with banishment.
What to do:
Open the jar / bottle / whatever. Cut the brown/black construction paper to where it will fit on the inside of the bottle. You want it to cover the inside āwallsā of the bottle.
Fill the bottle 1/3 to 1/2 of the way up with the dirt.
Write down your feelings (in present tense, as you currently feel them) on the paper using the pen.
Turn the paper away from you, and write over what youāve written something to the effect of āI will no longer feel these things. I bury them.ā preferably in a different colored ink, although this is not required.
Fold the paper small enough that it will fit into the jar.
Light the candle and CAREFULLY drip melted wax onto the paper, sealing the fold shut.
When the wax has dried, place the paper into the bottle.
Cover the paper with dirt to the point that you can no longer see any of it.
Here, youād add the black salt and black pepper, as well as any other herbs, stones, etc.
Close the bottle and hide it somewhere dark and out of sight: under a desk or dresser, under a bed, buried in a planter, etc.
To Undo:
Open the bottle and dispose of all of the contents except for the paper.
Break the wax seal and unfold it.
Take another pen and scribble over the text on the paper, then burn the paper.
Do not repost any of my spells, curses, etc. Reblogs are OK.Ā
Felt compelled to write some of these down and share them. I dunno if everyone will like them, but here we go:
1 - You can write your workings and books in general in languages other than English. You can write them in alphabets and ciphers other than the Theban alphabet. You can change up whatās written; you can have a few things in your native tongue, then one in Theban, one in a cipher, etc. Mix and match if you like.
You donāt have to be all secretive but it does provide a nice layer of privacy that some might find comforting.
2 - Stop worrying about aesthetic.
Yeah itās nice, but if youāre not using shit bc youāre afraid of how itāll look if you āmess upā then whatās the point.
If you donāt want to āruinā a fancy book, just use a notebook. Tape or glue a couple of composition notebooks together and boom, insta-grimoire. Use a binder if you like being hyper organized. Think about practicality and use before appearance. Trust me on this one.
3 - Like with my first tip, if you want another layer of privacy, you can come up with your own code names for different ingredients. I know some already supposedly exist, but itās best you come up with your own.
4 - Thereās been a lot of discourse surrounding correspondences lately. Come up with your own. Do research into the mundane and historical sides of whatever it is first. Then worry about the magical.
Do you have any personal feelings towards it? Maybe you associate x thing with money because of an experience you had. Go with that feeling. If anyone asks why, just tell them itās a personal thing.
Popular correspondences are fine, but if youāre following them just because another person told you so, then you arenāt witching right.
Iād also suggest coming up with a universal substitute. Rosemary gets tossed around a lot, and thatās what I myself use, but it could also be sage or salt or pepper or something for you. Also remember that you donāt have to have all of the ingredients for a working, use what you have.
Magic is what you make of it. You should focus on the facts first, then your intuition. Seeking guidance from others is good, but if youāre following someone else blindly then your magic isnāt yours, is it?

That spell jar I just posted was made this morning. I woke up absolutely done with my emotions. I was fed up with the feelings I've been dealing with and needed to do something.
I did my own personal version, but decided I should share the base process for those who might also need it. It seems to be working for the most part. Iām proud of it, and I will use again in the future, should I need to.
"Iām the queen of the castle, get down you dirty rascal!ā
A spell jar to banish lingering romantic feelings after a relationship and/or unrequited love while also boosting self confidence & self love.
Inspired by Anna of Clevesā solo āGet Downā from Six the Musical.
Do not repost any of my spells, curses, etc. Reblogs are OK.
Itās fashioned for me, using my own correspondences. You can change things around to fit your own, if you want. This is just what works for me.
Youāll Need:
Celery Powder or SaltĀ
Cloves (I used whole but powdered also works)Ā
Ginger (I used ground)
Jar (I used a mini glass jar with a metal screw top that I got from Dollar Tree. Smaller jars require less to fill, which means less potential waste, and theyāre also more space-efficient.)
Lavender
Mint
Orange Rind
Paper (I used white copy paper)Ā
Pen (I used one with red ink)
Pepper (I used ground black, but white would also work, as would peppercorns)
Red Carnation Petals
Rosemary
Sage (I used ground)
Salt (I used table salt, but black salt or sea salt would work well)
Smoked Paprika
Taglock (I used some of my hair)
Thyme
To Do: Use the pen to write āIām the [king, queen, etc.] of the castle, get down you dirty rascalā on the paper and fold it small enough that itāll fit into the jar. Then just place everything (the paper, the spices, the herbs) into the jar. Then close it up. You can keep it on a protection, love, or self-empowerment altar, or just somewhere where you like. You can add oils onto the paper, light candles, etc. This is just how I did it.
To Undo: Open the jar and fish out the paper. Tear it into pieces. Throw it away, dumping all of the other contents of the jar into the trash with it. You can wash, cleanse, and reuse the jar.

A spell jar charm to bring luck and victory in a competition š„š
Full disclosure: I made this to help me win Yu-gi-oh! games, defeat certain video game bosses, and for when I eventually learn to skate. Iām sure itāll also work for other sports!
Do not repost any of my spells, curses, etc. Reblogs are OK.
Itās fashioned for me, using my own correspondences. You can change things around to fit your own, if you want. This is just what works for me.
Youāll Need:
Basil
Blue Ribbon or String
[OPTIONAL] Charms you associate with victory, luck, success (stars, Vās, clovers, etc.)
Citrine
Gold Glitter and/or Gold Leaf Foil (this shit is expensive, hence the glitter)
Rosemary
Salt
Tiny Jar (preferably one that can be put on a necklace or bracelet)
To Create:
Place all of the herbs (basil, rosemary, salt) into the jar. Add in the gold glitter/foil and then the citrine. Close the jar and wrap the blue ribbon around the neck (or through the loop if you like). You can add the charms onto the blue ribbon!
