my current therapist can’t see me for free anymore so i went to the college i’m trying to attend and went to their counseling office and cried
and one of the therapists there called the records department and practically told them to expedite my paperwork so i can get the money i need to attend classes so that she can legally see me as a therapist and also so i can finally use the school’s disability resources bless her
because most of my current problems could potentially be solved by getting access to my financial aid account, but i have major issues getting anything done on my own
so by being denied access to the school’s disability resources, it literally took me months to get all the paperwork done
all of this, despite the fact that i’m an actively registered student, is just because i’m not actively taking classes which i literally cannot do without financial aid, which i could not get because of grades from 6 years ago, and then i was forced to fill out 5 separate forms and write 2 different letters by myself, while at the same time working 2 brand new jobs, seeing a psychologist, getting diagnosed with ADHD, and desperately trying to get established with a psychiatrist which is going to cost me nearly $400 which i do not have so i can get treatment for said ADHD

I think that if I’m not constantly in a state of self-soothing I start panicking. I think I’ve just gone so long constantly self-soothing that I didn’t realize that anything other than that makes me panic big time. I don’t actually know how to articulate this properly but basically I was fine until I stopped doing what I normally do during the day to look for jobs and I started crying the instant I started and haven’t stopped and I’m just desperate to do something that I normally do that doesn’t make me panic.
