i was productive today and took the intake meeting for laser hair removal this morning (first session is on the 13th of July) and called the rheumatology department at USC to follow up on the referral to see if we can confirm i've got an autoimmune disorder(s)/situation going on. my brain wants me dead now, but it was still a decently done day. if i can shower and shave, and eat something (i haven't yet, executive dysfunction, i have food), i'll consider today a phenomenal win.
