Just helping my son with his homework tonight! He's doing virtual classes with the awesome staff at #whetstonehighschool, and his PE teacher assigned them what? 🏃🏻🎒 That's right: #rucking! They're to do a total of three miles and track it for the first week of PE. Mr. Iquina at WHS knows what's up, for sure. So Duncan and I headed out for a mile or so after I got home from martial arts last night. Another awesome ruck with my number one guy today! Just a smidge under four miles, me with 31# and he with 23#. He was sporting every one of the patches he's earned, especially his new #quarantinestarcourse Biohazard patch. Today, we finished the Whetstone High School community mural in the cafeteria of the school. Thank you especially to David Brown and @harmonycolumbus for providing the opportunity to paint murals in 3 Columbus schools in one week. I feel fortunate to have been able to work with so many wonderful volunteers, artists and students during this event.
