I love doing fake screenshots but I hate doing backgrounds.... hence field planet. Anyway!! Don Bluth style Whetlen, because god dammit I like Don Bluth’s style

His spots and markings don’t quite mesh with it... and I couldn’t figure out how to draw Jinx in that style so she isn’t there and is instead offscreen

One of my favorite things to draw is gore... another one of my favorite things to draw is Whetlen... ergo, Whetlen getting cut to bits (Don’t worry, both parties consented to this! This is 100% consensual maiming!)

3. one step for Whetlen is 5 steps for Jinx... it doesn’t pay to have short legs... or at least, regular legs next to a spindly deer alien, even if the alien will wait for you to get your breath back

I like to think that Whetlen met Jinx in a galactic outpost stop.... why yes, it is Rick and Morty verse. Why not? There’s less inter-dimensional travel hassle there since it’s all been established and it encompasses LITERALLY every reality ever.... besides, it’s fun.
