Had to post! This market truly is hot with inventory nationwide DOWN from 757,000 homes in July to about 309,000 now! Yes that’s how many homes are for sale across the whole US. There was a decrease in homes for sale that got worse (less homes listed) each week since the pandemic began. Typically more homes are listed for sale as we move into late spring/early summer.
