Bael pretty much has confirmed that the devils of Hell intentionally switch their gender for one reason or another and that Beel and himself has gotten the same surgeries before.

Meaning that gender ofc is nothing of importance to Hell and that it can change just like their sexualities, kinks and what not. This is not new to us that Bael often changes himself to match what Beel does to himself to give the illusion that he's Beel to their enemies.

But with that being said, Bael also reveals that there're photos of Beel's fem self which means we have canon genderbent Beel that I haven't seen yet. I've seen some fanart though like a whillleee ago and I can't remember who 💀
