Prison must have served him well, a week off the charlie, PORK and lager has resulted in a Stephen Lennon hitting the Canadian airwaves coherently. Hallefuckingluiah, some “likely lad” with a string of convictions, who claims to speak on behalf of ordinary British people finally cobbled together a bit of media training and stayed straight long enough to string a sentence together. He represents the British working class, he knows the every day lives and challenges of millions of Britons, we know this,  as he touchingly shared in past interviews his struggles to transfer £160, 000 of assets between business accounts. Pisses me off a treat when that happens.

I enjoyed Stephen’s interview with Michael Coren, it didn’t grate on me that a man with several honorary doctorates was pandering to Stephen’s desire to be called by his alter ego super hero football hooligan name. For probably the first time ever, I could listen to Stephen’s delivery without wincing myself in to a migraine and there were occasions when I thought ‘holy shit, the man might actually be in a position to not only present an argument but listen to another individual long enough to give a relevant response’ and then he lied. A fucking whopper and I laughed (mostly at myself for sitting there with my head propped up by my hand at my desk thinking the EDL might be interesting again). I don’t ever expect to agree with a word the English Defence League say, as Roberta Moore told a no mark journo once, the British can be tolerance extremists (wat?) and that must explain my inability to understand them. Either that or their systematic persecution of a section of my society and spiraling convictions for violence. Over the last two years of following them , there is no low I haven’t witnessed from team EDL but, I am at a point where I am figuring there is not much left for them to get a massive kicking over, at some point there cannot be any more mistakes to learn from, logic states they have to improve, they are working from a flatline position.

  Well, that does sound like a problem if you:

a) Accept they are government statistics (they are not, they are results from a poll commissioned on behalf of the Sunday Telegraph. A news paper poll recently showed 98% of British people supported the English Defence league, ORLY? Even the EDL don’t buy that one. You can’t justify the systematic persecution of a faith group on a newspaper poll. really.

b) Conveniently forget the 63% that presumably don’t want Sharia law and

c) Perceive Shariah Law to be something the vast majority of British Muslims do not.

The British non-Muslim public was left with the strong impression that nearly half of British Muslims sought the introduction of stoning and amputation as punishments in the country, with the threat that such would be applied to non-Muslims.”

You can prove anything with statistics, up to 60% of British Muslims support Shariah law in the UK assuming it does not and cannot supersede British Law, Stephen could use that stat if he dropped the boring inconvenient bit which makes British Muslims just human beings and not as he likes to refer to them as, an ‘infestation’.

They did? No, they didn’t.

So Stephen was in a position to talk about genuine and concerning anti-Semitism in Luton on Canadian television, (something he apparently now seems to have great first hand experience off) and he blew it by plucking a massive fuck off whopper about Muslims destroying a Synagogue and claiming the building as their own out of his head and pitching it at Michael Coren.

And that’s why the EDL will never happen.

They are incapable of the fundamentals: integrity and truth. If Stephen can invent the destruction of a synagogue, what else can he bullshit about? So far he’s on his third name. I don’t give a rat’s ass what he has to say about Islamism, so-called-moderate-muslims, nazi infiltrators or multiculturaisml because the man is a fucking liar and I don’t have to believe a single word he says. If I want to know about any of these pressing issues I’ll post on google answers, a bored, stoned 13 year old would be more reliable. Mr Coren hopes Stephen Lennon returns to his show, he must be mental to waste is own credibility and time. If Stephen continues on his half assed jackanory trajectory he’ll be hard pressed to get an interview from his mum.
