So, went out to grab food yesterday. Gas was only a $1.40

On April the 2nd, the Ohio stay at home order was extended from 4/6/2020 to 5/1/2020

The streets are pretty empty. I’m very bored.

The last couple days have been hard to get anything done for work.

The toilet paper is still not on the shelves

So, yesterday we went to the store and it was dead. They were out of the basics, and some other odds and ends...

Bread

Toilet paper

Ground beef

Hot dogs

Pasta noodles (not the sauce stuff)

Lunch meat

Sliced cheeses (there was still velveta and low fat cheese slices)

All of the canned Chef Boyardee (they left only the canned Mac and cheese stuff?)

There was plenty of canned soup, canned fish and those easy start dinner mix things. There was a large handful of wine missing though.

It has been nice eating home cooked meals more often. It is normally a struggle to get my boyfriend to want to eat home even when we are broke.

So, here we are. My company is having us work from home. This is the first time it is doing this on a large scale. I am apart of the first wave of home workers.

To give you a quick idea of what I do, I fix people’s heaters over the phone. Not the most difficult job until I get an oddball heater that I have no idea what is happening to it.

I am going to post at least once a day so there is some record of all the madness. I want to be able to look back on this in a few years and laugh on how we all over reacted.
