The fact people are unironically calling people who use AI "Prompt-tistutes" really does tell you how eager some people are to find acceptable targets to express their hatred and disdain of sex workers, and with the use of "wireback" (wetback) and "clanker" (n-slur), its just another excuse to, again, spout real-world racist rhetoric under the guise of "it's just a funny little story!"
Nope. Just like when you're writing oppression metaphors in your fantasy and sci-fi series, you need to take a step back from your writing and strip away the metaphors and ask yourself:
"What real world messages am I re-enforcing with this storyline and theme? Am I sending the message I want to send, or am I accidentally spreading harmful rhetoric and propaganda? If I take away the euphemism, is this character still still a good guy? Are Black people and other marginalized groups telling me these messages are harmful?"
You can be anti-AI and not throw slurs around for a "joke", especially if you don't even look up the supposedly-fake slur you're using casually to realize it very much is a real slur with just one or two letters changed that is used to actively harm the very, very real communities facing extreme persecution and violence right now in the United States in 2025 (and all the years before now, as well)
