Anissa was still in disbelief and unable to process the events that had gone down just moments ago. She reacted poorly towards her sister but it got the job done. Her Matthias, her love was okay. Her hand cupped his face, almost checking if he was real. His skin was as if she grabbed a handful of snow with her bare hands. “You are okay? You are safe.” Tears streamed down her face. They ran out of shock and glee. She threw her arms tightly around his cold body. “You are alive. Oh god, I can’t believe I almost lost you. I’m so sorry.” Anissa peppered him in kisses while holding him like if she was to let go she would lose him forever. The thought of Saga lingered in the back of her mind. Though right now, she was still processing that he was okay and all of the events. “You are so cold. My goodness. Let me get a fire going. I’ll get you a blanket, draw you a warm bath and make some tea.” The words flew out of her mouth, trying to think of all the ways she could help

“That may or may not be true. And what am I not satisfied with?”

Theo actively tries to be more emotionally available and open with Marie even when it feels uncomfortable for him.

Now that it’s Spring Theo will walk around the garden and find flowers that he picks and leaves tied around her doorknob with a little note.

He’ll hum little random tunes for her absentmindedly when they’re hanging out.

Whenever he’ll have a bad dream, which happens often, he’ll text her and try to tell her what he can. It’s actually made him feel better.
