Brew day! Peach Saison with fresh Colorado western slope peaches. Love using my coil chiller. It was easy to make and blasts the wort down to room temp cool nice and fast. Had friends over to walk them through so used malt extract. It is much less complicated and very approachable. Looking forward to bottling day.
