46: Do you think people say I love you too much?

No. I don’t think that term is used enough. It’s... hard to say, though, even to family.

47: What’s your favorite holiday?

Halloween. The other holidays - Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving - were always kinda... stilted, in the General’s household. Formal, and attending Church and all that. But Halloween - that was a fun holiday growing up. I got to dress up, go trick-or-treating, and be mischevious without being told to behave~

48: Are you a forgiving person? Do you like being that way?

It depends on what is meant? Forgiving as in forgiving trespasses and insults? I don’t know. It really depends on the insult or the trespass. Some I shrug off, others... I never forget. As for if I like being this way... I don’t know how to be any other way. It’s never bothered me.

49: Where’s the most magical place on earth?

The stock answer is Disney World. 

But... my real answer? It’d piss you off. Still wanna know?

50: What’s your “type”?

Tall, taller than me. Strong, broad shoulders. I like a narrow waist and hips that fit my hands. A strong jaw and defined muscles and someone who works with their hands. Close to my age so that we get along well. They’d have a background like mine, being in the military, so they understood. I’ve always been a sucker for a deep voice, and having dark eyes I could drown in is a bonus. Strong personality, wicked sense of humor that’s subtle, and who can pick up on my...innuendo and jokes. And I’ve always been drawn to intelligence, someone who’s smart as hell and not afraid to use it.

34: Do you get jealous easily?

I’ve never really had anyone or anything to be jealous over. But… right or wrong… yes. I do get jealous easily, over one person, even if I have no right to be.

35: What is your definition of cheating?

Sexual encounter or emotional adultery while in a relationship with someone else. Is there a different definition?

38: Have you ever cheated on someone?

No. I’ve not slept with someone else while in a relationship. And I’ve only had an… emotional connection once, with one person.

43: Is there something that happened in your past that you hate talking about?

Yes. But if you really wanted to know, I’d tell you anyway.

45: Do you fall in love easily?

Just... curious, yes?

I’ve only ever fallen in love once, and it… was hard for me to wrap my mind around. But the actual act of falling for that one person? That was easy. So easy I didn’t even realize I was falling until I was deep in love. And I’m still there.

18: A reason you’ve lied to someone

Lies have many reasons. To protect someone. To hide your own weaknesses. To gain an advantage or to give one up.

Or the most dangerous lie of them all - to do all of that and more. I’ve done many lies - because that was my job while I was in.

You want one lie, one reason? Because of fear, I lied to myself that he’d be better off without me. I was wrong.

19: Are you lying about anything right now?

No. Since I’ve been back in the States I’ve not uttered one. I’ve even done my damnest to avoid lies of omission.

23: Are looks important?

…For what? I admit I tend to focus on my own. For a relationship, for friendship? Looks are a bonus but I’m more focused on what’s inside.

26: Have you ever cried over a boy/girl?

Yes. Once. After Paris.

31: How does someone win your heart?

Just... curious? Of course. Theoretical curiosity.

By being honest, by wanting me to be too. By wanting what’s below the masks and wanting Wes, not Malek. By being someone who shares the same interests as I do, who I can laugh and talk with until my throat is sore, and spend a quiet night at home in front of the TV in companionable silence with. Someone who gets me, who sees me, and who wants what he sees. And all he has to do… is be there.

8: What would you say is your best quality?

My best quality? I’m not sure. Probably the fact that I’m damn good at talking and politics and diplomacy - and at reading people. Undercover skills.

9: What are you really bad at?

Bad at? Emotions. Dealing with emotions, working through them. Just… you’ve seen how I deal with it - badly.

10: What talent do you wish you had?

It’s not something I’ve ever really thought about, honestly. I think… being an artist might be interesting? Creating something with your hands and a blank canvas?

13: Things you like/dislike about yourself

Something I like about myself - that’s fairly easy. I’m good-looking~ Something I don’t like… I have to limit it to one? Then probably… my inability to deal with emotions. See number 9. 

15: What is your favorite word?

…..the way you say ‘Wes’ in that deep voice you get when…
