Just progress update to the last craft day (7 I think!). So, I wanted to note that my only productive way of "helping" so far has been to come up with the idea, help choose fabric with Mel, web search patterns with Mel, have Zoe as a child, and fund the project. All if the rest so far is Melissa! We've noted that we tend to not give ourselves enough time to help me learn to sew, so she's just taken on the sewing. Plus my cutting is unintentionally uneavenly horrendous most of the time, so she even cut the fabric too! I'm useless! Lol. But not for long. We are running out of time on this one because we plan to finish it for comic con. But, we've got plenty of ideas in the works!

Ok, so ideally we would have time to make some accessories for Zoe’s May (totoro) costume as well! Here is one of the things we want to make ;)

SO! We've found someone who has shared their experience in making all the things for a May (Totoro) costume! This is going to work out great :) We shall start this weekend!

Went fabric shopping for our upcoming project! We want to jump straight back into creating all the things in preparation for Comic-con next month! Our priority is to make a costume/dress for Zoe on the style of the character May from the movie Totoro! It’s one of mine and Zoe’s favorite movies :) we are really excited to start crafting again! By next week we should have patterns and start sewing :D
