Ginger is one of my all time favorite go-to herbs. I always keep fresh ginger root around the house. Ginger is the main ingredient of myĀ āPepper-up Potionā tea recipe which I use to soothe cold, flu, and allergy symptoms. Iāve also found ginger to be very easy to dry, even after having steeped the slices for tea. - CeciliaĀ
