Also known as, I'm a little bit competitive.
So … yes, this is another CrossFit post.
I went to CF this morning and was the only person doing the workout at my time (and the first of the day to do it!) so there was nothing to gauge my effort against.
We warmed up then did some strength work:
5x4 front squat (up to 95#)
5x4 bench press (morning 95# evening 85#/105# 1RM)
20 sumo dead lift high pull
This seemed like an alright time.
Planned on going back to the gym and if the times were way better I would do it again otherwise I was going to row.
Of course, everyone's time was better AND my main competition crushed it out in 7:16.
Did it at the same weight - in 6:09!
I will be the best girl at the gym (save for the owner) - this is how I think… it's a problem.
