Wedding Tuxedo
Went to get fitted for my wedding tuxedo today, and while I was getting measured by the woman she asked me if I was a body builder right about the time she was measuring my hips. She then told me I had massive quads and asked if I was a body builder. It also took 45 minutes to find a proper pair pants for my tuxedo because of my quads. They are having to special order them
I’m actually very happy about this.
Sinuses Are A B*tch
Between my allergies saying eff you on the regular and being in the meat of training I am feeling a bit run down. I feel like a tard most times because it doesn't seem to effect everyone else like it does me. I get a solid two weeks of training and then the rest of the cycle is crap for a month or so then another good two weeks. It's really annoying, but the good thing is Don sees this and we adjust accordingly. I don't think it will be a huge issue, but I do notice a lot of back fatigue, my cleans and pulls are showing it these days. No clue how Becca, James, etc. are always on. Oh well, my hair looks better than theirs' so there is that. Anywho, we have the MD Meet in a week or so and then gots to keep pushing on for nationals.

The power cleans were borderline at best around 140, no clue what my deal is here. But as Travis puts it would rather struggle to power clean 15o or clean 200...Oh and volume is a heartless biotch. Hands and back were fried for sure.

I just took a look at the program for the rest of the month. Strong as all get out doesn't even begin to describe how I am going to feel after this whole phase is over. Also makes my wheels start spinning as to what I need from each training cycle...Sometimes this progress thing needs to be clear and simple, ha ha ha.
I'm also going to start posting a video here and there so you guys get an idea of some of the exercises we do and what not. Stay tuned and check out my instagram @supersrokus as that's where they will be posted.Â
