My idea of a workout is when you’ve finished you feel absolutely knackered. Combining the core master with Weights it took me six sets of 10 reps before I decided to lower the dumbbell weight from 10 kg to 3 kg because my forearms were so very sore but also I wanted to push my feet backwards to a plank position.
