Why am I so scared?
Today at 5pm:
Weighted Dip: 3-3-3-1-1
35-53-88-106F-91F [Not my day...106 is my PR]
C & J: 3-3-3-1-1
95-115-135-165[PR]-175F
Should have followed Coach B's advice and just stopped after the PR. I don't understand why, but I have some trepidation going into the C & J. I'm not sure if it's related to the blackouts I was having a couple of lifting sessions ago? I don't know for sure, but I do know I just need to drill those lifts so that I'm not afraid of them in any way. I'm good at bailing [had plenty of practice], so there's no reason for me to be afraid. I just need to go for it.
